Dermal needling treatments use a vibrating tool, or roller with tiny needles to penetrate the upper layers of the skin. These can penetrate up to a depth of 2.5mm which causes thousands of punctures to the surface of the skin. This causes natural growth factors to be released, allowing nourishing hyaluranon to be infused deep into the skin, stimulating new collagen deposition. Hyaluranon is a natural carbohydrate already present in the skin which promotes hydration and cell communication.
Dermapen®4 is the ultimate in advanced and innovative dermal needling and is the most widely used dermal needling system worldwide. It is a highly specialised instrument that contains very fine surgical needles that creates micro-puncture across the treated area. This process effectively promotes natural collagen and elastin production which helps skin tightening, lifting and rejuvenating. It is used to improve skin texture, keep the skin smooth and free from blemishes over time.
Dermal needling stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin in the skin, refines pore size, may soften fine lines, reduces scarring, improves texture and radiance and improves appearance of stretch marks. Brown pigment may also be reduced.
A course of three treatments is recommended to achieve optimal results.
As individual results vary, sometimes more or less may be needed. Results may take 12 weeks to appear fully. Not all imperfections will be removed.

ÜBER PRO or ÜBER MD peels are applied after the dermal needling to enhance the overall result. Containing specific blend of treatment actives, the peels will address the signs of ageing, acne, hyperpigmentation conditions, scars and wrinkles.
ÜBER PRO increases cellular turnover and provides a smoother, softer appearance of the skin, resurfaces the top layer of the stratum corneum, evens colouring and lightens pigmentation. ÜBER MD creates a coagulative necrosis (dead cells) effect in the depression point or target area. ÜBER MD reduces the appearance of severe, deep ageing lines, assist in scar treatment, resurfaces uneven skin texture and reduces pigmentation and evens out skin tone.
Exosomes is all about Skin Regeneration and Stem Cell Therapy. The Exosomes contain proteins, growth factors, lipids and nucleic acids helping with wrinkles, skin rejuvenation, aged spots, pigmentation, and scarring.
This product is applied much like the MG glides but delivers superior results.

Caution is required for patients with darker skin types or a history of melasma or post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Expect the area to be red and swollen, with a grazed appearance possible in some areas. This can last 1-4 days according to the sensitivity of your skin. You may notice tingling or stinging for 30-60 minutes afterwards. Skin may also flake off as new tissue regenerates from around 3-5 days. Post-inflammatory pigmentation (brown discolouration) is possible in darker skin types, especially if UV exposure is not avoided after treatment. Some people may experience some temporary side effects such as: discomfort, feeling of tightness, bleeding and bruising, and/or cold sore outbreak. Post treatment infection is a rare possibility.
