Medical Grade Facial Peels

A skin peel is a mild form of exfoliation to remove dead skin cells from the top of the skin.

A course of peels help to improve the appearance and texture of the skin relating to the visible signs of ageing and improves the texture and appearance of acne-prone skin.

Peels can reduce and improve fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, open pores, congested skin, scars, uneven skin tone, and other skin imperfections.

There are three major classifications of skin peels, ranging from light or superficial peels, a medium depth peel, and a deep chemical peel.

Your therapist will determine what type of peel is needed, based on your skin concerns. It is recommended a course of 3-6 treatments, with a prescribed homecare routine used in between treatments for best results.

Active Ingredients

• Mandelic Acid (20%) – an alpha hydroxy acid found naturally in bitter almonds. It works on the bonds between dead surface cells to allow for easier exfoliation.
• Lactic Acid (10%) – an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) naturally found in milk and sugars. It is part of the skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF) and moisturizes the skin.
