Business Systems Analyst with Project Manager experience

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with Project Management experience on a fixed term contract basis 4-6 months to complete a project.  The role will have three main deliverables:

1. Manage the build of E-commerce site
2. Reporting
3. Manage changes occurring post-launch

The ideal candidate will have skills in the following:

• Project Management skills, and experience building and managing relationships with external vendors
• Business Analysis skills, especially in documenting processes for users, extracting detailed requirements from users and in issue resolution with vendors
• Ability to prioritise, and enough mana to stand your ground when setting and agreeing these
• Coaching/grooming of super-users and trainers (supporting and managing a group of non-direct employees)
• Implementing a system for collation and resolution of ongoing feedback and issues from users
• Ability to create future product development specifications for external vendors

As this is an autonomous role, albeit supported by the project steering committee, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, who can add immediate value. Sure, you’ll be able to document user stories, and produce process maps, but we want something more. We want someone you can see opportunities for improvement and act accordingly.

Appearance Medicine Nurses

Are you a Registered Nurse working in the Appearance and Skin Care area?

We are always keen to talk to experienced cosmetic/appearance medicine nurses about joining our team. Our experienced Appearance Medicine Nurses have professional profiles and build loyal client bases within a well-supported multi-disciplinary team environment.

From time to time we will also take on board a trainee position.
