To my knowledge I am the only Nutritionist Vascular Sonographer in existence. It is not a lonely life. When it comes to nutrition almost everyone has an opinion. In reality, sorting fact from fiction is often like wading through treacle. Through years of nutritional and medical research I try my best to help sort the wheat from the chaff.
What began as a career guiding healthful eating has shifted to front line detection and diagnosis for over a decade as a Vascular Sonographer.
Ultrasound is my passion and I am profoundly grateful to have received the New Zealand Sonographer of the year award.
I am motivated for early prevention, detection and treatment of preventable illnesses that are slowly eating away at the health of our nation.
