Having graduated from National University of Singapore in 2012, Nigel moved to Aotearoa, New Zealand in 2017 and has completed his fellowship in urgent care with the Royal NZ College of Urgent Care. He has embarked on his second fellowship in general practice and is currently a senior GP registrar.
Nigel has a strong passion for skin cancer medicine. Having completed the Advanced certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer medicine from the Skin Cancer Symposiums, Nigel has recognition of prior learning from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia as well and is currently completing his Advanced Certificate of Dermoscopy and Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery Principles with Healthcert Australia.
During his spare time, Nigel loves sport and was an ex-national athlete in waterpolo. He still swims and plays recreationally these days amongst other sports like snowboarding and tennis.
