Betsy is a registered nurse from North America who started her nursing career over 20 years ago working in a variety of inpatient settings in paediatric and adult hospitals across the United States and New Zealand. A more recent shift to general practice in the last few years coupled with learning how to live with the intense UV rays of NZ while maintaining an active outdoor lifestyle has directed her focus on the importance of skin cancer detection, prevention and treatment.
Betsy currently holds a Professional Certificate in Dermoscopy and has chosen to pursue her Advanced Certification before working towards a Diploma in this field. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with clients to help support their journey in skin health with ease and comfort.
