Karen is a New Zealand Registered Comprehensive Nurse, who has worked for Skin Institute for over 15 years.
Karen is the Cosmetic Nurse leader for all Skin Institute clinics, and clinic manager for our Silverdale clinic.
Karen was instrumental in establishing the Appearance Medicine-training programme for nurses within Skin Institute, which involves the training of new nurses in all aspects of Appearance Medicine from Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Fillers, IPL, Dermal Needling, PDT and PRP treatments etc.
Karen enjoys sharing her wealth of Appearance Medicine knowledge and experience with clients. She remains up to date with the latest Appearance Medicine techniques and processes by attending international and national conferences/workshops.
Ongoing training allows Karen to personalize her treatments for individual clients with a focus on creating a very natural enhancement.
Karen is based at Skin Institute Silverdale, offering a full range of Appearance Medicine treatments and services.
