Micropigmentation Semi-permanent makeup

A very specialised, semi-permanent technique where a vegetable dye (pigment) is implanted into the skin to create eyebrows, eyeliner, beauty spots and lip liner.

How does it work?

A special machine and disposable needles are used to implant the line of colour into the skin. This is a delicate undertaking and is performed under the utmost sterile conditions.

Treatment info

Micropigmentation is mildly uncomfortable, however numbing cream is used to reduce any discomfort. A treatment takes about 30-60 minutes. Colours are chosen and blended to illuminate the eyes and shape eyebrows, resulting in a natural look.

It may be necessary to re-treat the area 2-4 weeks after the original treatment because the colour fades between 30-50% for most people, initially. It then lasts from 2-5 years depending on skin type and the colour chosen.

Who is best suited

  • Sports people who want to look good during exercise.
  • People who wear glasses and can’t see well
to apply make-up to eyebrows and eyeliner.
  • Anyone who wants to look good 24 hours
    a day.

Benefits

  • No more pencil required.
  • It does not smudge or wash off.
  • Less make-up to apply, therefore saving time.
  • Sparse lashes look fuller and more luscious.
  • No need to pencil in sparse or thinning eyebrows.
  • Brows become even in shape and colour.
