Silverdale

Clinic Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations/Business Manager to join our multi-disciplinary medical practice and manage our well-established Silverdale Clinic. Both full-time and part-time positions would be considered for the right candidate.

 

As Clinic Operations Manager, you will be part of a wider group of leaders with accountability and autonomy within the clinic and benefit from the support of both clinical and functional experts.

 

The clinic management aspects of this role require aptitude in supporting a varied clinical team, optimising workflows, and maintaining our high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing the team in the day-to-day smooth running of service delivery, utilising business acumen, providing positive leadership and mentoring of people, and ensuring the maintenance of our well-established quality systems. This role is also responsible for the clinic’s marketing and staff recruitment processes; with the benefit of support from a central operations team. The position will report directly to the Head of Operations.

 

Our ideal candidate…

  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care, customer service and building positive relationships
  • Possesses sound business acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasting
  • Communicates effectively in all situations, with a broad range of stakeholders – from Cleaners through to Directors
  • Has experience in medical practice/clinic management, particularly in a large team setting
  • Displays effective leadership skills and can manage a team with empathy and pragmatism
  • Is adaptable and thinks on their feet to adjust to constantly changing priorities

Auckland-wide

Roving Medical Receptionist

With 8 of our clinics across the Auckland Region, we are looking for an exceptional Receptionist Administrator to support these Clinic teams. Supporting a team of doctors as well as practice, theatre and appearance medicine nurses, this role is pivotal in welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service and administrative support for the client journey.

 

This role provides the opportunity for continuous learning across multiple locations.  It’s a role you can make your own, and share your knowledge and learnings across multiple Clinics and within our Support Office.

 

You will be a confident and polished Receptionist, being the welcoming and friendly face of our Clinics.  You will also be a conscientious and organised Administrator with good attention to detail, managing bookings, billings and accurate patient records. Experience in medical management software and debtors management would be an advantage.

 

This a full-time role at 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.15am and 6.00pm.  Your roster will be confirmed weekly in advance.
