I'd like to express my admiration for your team. From the moment we walked in the door until we left. Special thanks to Isaac Cranshaw and the "wonderful girls" in theatre who treated my sister with kindness, understanding and professionalism. I cannot thank you all enough. Regards....TB 12/10/2010 Dear Kerrie Kerrie I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity in taking the time to put some ID minerals on M's face last Friday. After M left you he felt great and could even contemplate having his photo taken. It feels like such a long time that he has felt great about himself. This has been such an incredibly difficult time for him and when I arrived in the country to see him I was devastated at how low he was he didn't seem to be able to left his chin off his chest and refused to go out anywhere or see anyone. Somehow he survived at school but it was a daily torture.The care and kindness of yourself, your surgery and of course Mark have been just so invaluable. I am just so grateful to you all. Thankyou is such a little word but it is heart felt. Warm regards.....L 28/6/09 Dear All I swear I have just had the loveliest surprise, finding your beautiful bouquet on the front door step this evening. Thank you so much. The flowers are delightful and could not have arrived at a better time – I have come down with a terrible bout of tonsillitis and am tucked up at home in bed feeling most unwell. I do hope you are all enjoying the long weekend and are able to spend it doing some of your favourite things. I shall look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
