Dear team at Ponsonby,
My 12 year old daughter recently had to have a cyst removed under her one eye.  I'm writing to thank Dr Gray for the superb surgery he did in such a delicate area, post-operatively we can hardly see where the incision was.  Both my daughter and I were also most impressed with all the staff that we had dealings with, we found them to be truly caring and extremely friendly and warm.  Thanks for turning something potentially traumatic into a good experience.... Sometimes when things happen quickly and smoothly we take them for granted thinking the traditional thank you will do. Yesterday I came to your place with a mole on my back that had the capability of killing me. This is serious stuff for me. That is playing for keeps. I thank you for recognising this and removing this sleeping giant that could have greatly shortened my life. So I thank God for what you have done and the wonderful people that work with you.
