Important notice regarding Before & After photos
In April 2010, the Medical Council of New Zealand declared that no New Zealand medical doctor can use 'Before and after' photos of their treatments and procedures on their websites or in any form of advertising. However, 'Before and After' images can be shown and discussed during a consultation. This patient has undergone a number of procedures to treat her premature ageing concerns.
  • She has had Botox to her frownline, forehead and crows feet.
  • Two combined Aurora and Polaris treatments for skin rejuvenation and collagen stimulation.
  • Restylane, a temporary dermal filler, to her lips and Aquamid to her nasolabial folds.
  • Contour Threads to lift her brow
  • Microdermabrasion to smooth the appearance and texture of her skin.
These were all performed as outpatient procedures over a period of ten days, all under local anaesthesia with no down time. This patient featured on TV ones' Ten years younger in ten days and we sucessfully managed to do just that for her.
