All procedures can be broken down into two groups, Surgery & Skin Resurfacing and Cosmetic Procedures.

Surgery & Skin Resurfacing

This includes all cosmetic surgery, and cosmetic treatments such as threads, peels or laser resurfacing. Generally those procedures that need some anaesthetic and have some "down time", or recovery time. They sound more involved but generally give better results.

Cosmetic Procedures

This generally refers to cosmetic treatments that can be performed in a clinic setting and have little or no down time. This includes fillers, Botox®, intense pulsed light and Elos treatments. They are often done prior to invasive treatments to make them more effective.
