Cancellation Policy

Consultations and Cosmetic Treatments

• Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment also. In some cases your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another date and time. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

• We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred and no shows will be charged at full price.

Cosmetic Surgery

• Please make sure you pay for your surgery, in full, 7 working days prior to your scheduled surgical date.

• We require any payment by cheque to be received 10 working days prior to your scheduled surgical date.

• We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 7 days if you wish to change or cancel your surgical appointment. If insufficient notice is given an 80% cancellation fee will be incurred and no shows will be charged at full price.
