Dr Stephanie Sturm qualified in 1995 from Auckland University. She then went on to do part of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship, before deciding to switch to General Practice in order to pursue a better lifestyle. She achieved her GP Fellowship in 2004 and has been a GP College Examiner and Assessor.

Her interests lie in dermoscopy, skin cancer surgery and all medical skin conditions. She has three children and her husband is also a doctor.
